Spinach Breakfast Smoothie


Ingredients
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ medium banana
  • ½ cup diced apple, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, or dairy-free
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • 1 scoop Grown American Superfood

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 15-30 seconds. Add more milk as needed for preferred consistency.
