Ingredients
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- ½ medium banana
- ½ cup diced apple, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, or dairy-free
- ½ cup milk of your choice
- 1 scoop Grown American Superfood
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 15-30 seconds. Add more milk as needed for preferred consistency.
