Super Summer Popsicle

  • 2 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen (sliced strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any other preferred milk)
  • 1 ripe banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup fresh kale or baby spinach leaves, loosely packed
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1 scoop Grown American Superfood

  • Preparation
    Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until the pops are firm and solid, at least 4 hours.

Super Summer Cubes

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • ¼ cup lavender
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla paste
  • 1 tablespoon lakanto syrup
  • 2 ounce edible flowers
  • 1 scoop Grown American Superfood

  • First Step
    Take the almond milk and simmer on low with lavender flowers for 10 min. Strain and mic in Lakanto syrup, vanilla paste. Mix in the Grown American Superfood powder to make it light green.
    Second Step
    Fill in the ice cube trays with the mix and top them with edible flowers. Freeze and enjoy with your favorite dirnk!

Tropical Overnight Oats

  • ½ Cup rolled oats
  • ¾ Cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ Cup diced pineapple
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped unsweetened dried mango
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chia seeds1 ½ teaspoons shredded coconut
  • 1 Scoop of Grown American Superfood
  • Directions:
    Step 1
    Combine oats, coconut milk, pineapple, mango and chia seeds in a small bowl or jar.
    Step 2
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Step 4
    Top with coconut before serving.
