Monster Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 2 Bananas (Frozen in Pieces)
  • ½ cup Mango Chunks (Frozen)
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • ¼ cup Blueberries (plus extra blueberries to top)
  • ¼ cup Coconut Water
  • 1 scoop Grown American Superfood

  • Instructions:

    Mix all ingredients in blender, use writable jar labels to draw monster faces!

    Pumpkin Spice latte

    Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for sprinkling
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup hot espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 1 scoop Grown American Superfood

  • Instructions:

    Whisk ingredients together, add whipped cream on top, sprinkle pumpkin spice for topping. Drink and enjoy!

    Super Mocha

    Ingredients:
  • 1 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup plant-based milk* (we used oat milk)
  • ½ cup chopped spinach
  • ¼ cup roasted cashews
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 shot espresso (or substitute 2 tsp instant coffee)
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Grown American Superfood

  • Instructions
    Blend ingredients together in a blender and ENJOY!

    Endless Summer Iced Chai

  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk with added protein
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 bags of black tea
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 1 crushed cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop Grown American Superfood

  • Instructions
    In a medium saucepan, bring the water, almond milk, and spices to a boil. Remove from the heat, add tea bags, and wait 5-8 minutes. Strain and serve over Ice.

    Super Summer Popsicle

    • 2 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen (sliced strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
    • 1 cup almond milk (or any other preferred milk)
    • 1 ripe banana, fresh or frozen
    • 1 cup fresh kale or baby spinach leaves, loosely packed
    • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
    • 2 to 3 teaspoons honey
    • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
    • 1 scoop Grown American Superfood

    • Preparation
      Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until the pops are firm and solid, at least 4 hours.
