Tropical Overnight Oats

  • ½ Cup rolled oats
  • ¾ Cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ Cup diced pineapple
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped unsweetened dried mango
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chia seeds1 ½ teaspoons shredded coconut
  • 1 Scoop of Grown American Superfood
  • Directions:
    Step 1
    Combine oats, coconut milk, pineapple, mango and chia seeds in a small bowl or jar.
    Step 2
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Step 4
    Top with coconut before serving.

Apple Sauce

  • 4 Apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 Cup of Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 3/4 Cup of Water
  • 1 Scoop Grown American Superfood
  • In a saucepan, combine apples, water, sugar, cinnamon, and Grown American Superfood. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until the apples are soft. Allow to cool, then mash with a fork or potato masher.
